If you need an injection, ultrasound guidance guarantees accurate and precise needle placement. We routinely use ultrasound to diagnose and monitor the treatment of plantar fasciitis, neuroma, and other soft tissue cysts or swelling. Ultrasound also helps identify conditions that were previously only visible with MRI imaging, including Achilles tendon injuries, plantar fascial tears and the location of foreign bodies.
