FDFAC Careers

Looking for a great career in a great environment? FDFAC could be the place for you.

FDFAC believes in a Team approach -- from start to finish. There are no closed doors or private offices that separate management from staff, and everyone works together for one common goal… to provide the very best medical care to the patients we serve.

FDFAC has been a terrific launch pad for individuals that are starting their career in medicine. The Team approach has helped further the foundation of learning and experience in order to be accepted into post graduate programs. We are proud of our role in helping talented staff get into the schools and residency programs of their choice.

Team FDFAC has trained and supported students and former employees into the following roles:

  • Nursing: 3
  • Physician Assistant: 1
  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine: 10
  • Residency: 15
  • Clerkship: 50
  • Preceptor: 2
  • International Podiatrist: 3
  • Total: 84

Our culture is based on six core values:

  • Being Humble
  • Teamwork
  • Selflessness
  • Manners Matter
  • Curiosity
  • Playfulness

Speaking of teamwork and playfulness, Team FDFAC has participated in and finished 1/2 Marathons every year since 2013.

FDFAC offers a competitive salary, continuing education, a retirement plan and a benefits package. We even celebrate your birthday with lunch, cake and (most importantly) a shoe allowance. We’re really into well-designed shoes that function and perform... from athletic to dress.

We're looking for people who want to inspire and be inspired – and maybe you’re the right fit for our team. Would you like to join us?
