Popular Cash Fee Services
Not everyone has a PPO policy, and not all PPO plans offer the same services. Financial District Foot & Ankle Center believes that each individual deserves the level of care that we would expect for ourselves. The following list provides a sample of services that we provide for those individuals with Covered California and HMO Policies.

| 10 | Compartment Syndrome Testing - Bi-lateral | $4,885.00 |
We will provide you with a “Super Bill” that describes the services and fees associated with your treatment. Please note that FDFAC does not have a contract with Covered California or HMO Policies. If you have any questions, call the number on your insurance card to learn more about your coverage.
All Fees are Due on the Date of Service.
