Financial District Foot & Ankle Center physicians are providers for most Bay Area PPO health insurance plans.

As a courtesy to our patients, we can bill most insurance companies for you. Insurance co-payments and deductible payments are expected at the time of service. We are a preferred provider for many insurance companies and will gladly submit bills on your behalf.

We encourage you to check with your Insurance Carrier, Human Resources Department or Insurance Broker to verify our participation and your financial responsibility in your specific insurance benefit program.
