We will shedule an appointment, take your insurance information, contact your insurance
and call you back with your benefits. There is minimal paperwork to fill out when you come
to our office for the first time. A licensed physical therapist will evaluate you and your
condition, listening to your goals and discussing the course of treatment that is
best suited to your needs. Your therapist will continue to care for you on
successive visits.

Only licensed Physical Therapists treat patients. We don't use physical therapy assistants,

Duncan Macdonald, L.Ac., is a private practice acupuncturist specializing in treating orthopedic and internal medicine conditions. He is one of twelve acupuncturists in the country to hold his board certification in both orthopedics and internal medicine and he currently sits on the National Board of Acupuncture Internal Medicine. Duncan has worked extensively with the athletic community of San Francisco and has been frequent lecturer at marathon, cycling, and triathlon associations. He incorporates the use of acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, therapeutic massage, and rehabilitation exercises into the holistic treatment of his patients.

Originally from the East Coast, Allen received his Physical Therapy degree from West Virginia University in 1988. Since that time, he has had extensive Postgraduate education in orthopedic physical therapy. Two areas of his clinical focus are on spinal dysfunction and sports medicine/rehabilitation.

SP-Teri has been making custom ice and roller skating boots since 1963.  These handcrafted boots are designed to allow for fitting issues such as foot length differences, combination ball and heel width variances, bunions, spurs and hammer toes.  The upper is hand cut from an individual designed pattern based on the customers measurements around the forefoot, instep, ankle and calf area.  The skating boots can also be modified to allow for orthotics.  SP-Teri constructs a foot last and increases the volume to include the specifications of the orthotic size and thickness.
