  Appointment Preparation
Financial District Foot & Ankle Center takes great pride in being on time for each reserved appointment. Our clinic tends to be busy due to the excellent results we provide to our patients. We view being on time and prepared as a sign of mutual respect for each other's time. Since we don't overbook for reserved appointments, it's critical that you arrive just a few minutes early and prepared to be seen.

Late Appointment Policy
It is important for you to be on time for your reserved appointment. Being late affects other patients and staff. If you are late and if it interferes another patient appointment, we reserve the option of not seeing you on your reserved time and enforcing our no show policy. Chronic Late and/or No Show patents will be asked to seek a different practitioner. We prefer that you only make appointments that you know you can keep or to reschedule with two full business days notice.

FDFAC initiated this process due to an overwhelming response from our patients wanting appointments that actually started and finished at the scheduled time. As with most policies at FDFAC, we listen to concerns and comments then respond with an appropriate solution.

"I have never witnessed such an overall friendly, helpful and knowledgeable establishment in my life. I was impressed from the second I walked in to my final minutes of departure.

I was personally greeted as I entered with a handshake and a, "Hello, Julia." I waited a total of 3 seconds before I was ushered back and sat in a comfy chair for evaluation. Once the Dr. arrived they were completely thorough in their examination - I felt as if they were truly trying to figure out how to help me; it was very personalized.

After my appointment was complete, I went to check out and pay my copay. The receptionist noticed that I had eaten a 3 Musketeers Bar from their candy dish and proceeded to give me a heaping hand full of them to take for my journey. He was so darn friendly! He's the kind of person that every Dr.'s office should seek out. It really does say a lot about a business when you can tell that EVERYONE is happy working there."
